Yes! You can still place your order by email. However, some customers who at first were unsure about using ingredients4u.com now prefer the new system because it saves them time, money, hassles, and they appreciate the transparency of the online platform. |

Why can't I see COA? |
Due to the nature of COAs (lot specific), COAs are only available after purchase. But customers are welcome to reference our online Spec Sheets for general product information. |
How do I cancel or change an order? |
You can cancel your order free of charge 7 days prior to your delivery date. If you need to cancel the order within 7 days before delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] to cancel or change information on already confirmed orders but I4U reserves the right to charge your cancelling cost. We will need a specific time frame for revisions and cancellations. |
