Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders!


Address or Other Customer Error

If a package is returned to?Ingredients4u?AG due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee and provided the packaging of the Goods is sealed and the Goods are in perfect condition and can be sold to another customer.

Violation of Laws

If a package is returned to?Ingredients4u?due to customer¡¯s violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to?Ingredients4u.?A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee and provided the Goods are in perfect condition and can be sold to another customer.

Illegal and Banned Products

Contact your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.?If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized. Laws do change frequently so please note that we do NOT guarantee that products found on our site can be shipped?to you?without problems.


Incoterms 2010

Ingredients4u AG is using the incoterms 2010 for its business relationships with its customers.

When you purchase Goods on Ingredients4u¡¯platform, you are offered to select the means of transport by selecting the incoterm you want. Not all incoterms might be available depending on the customer¡¯s location.

Shipping during Weekend

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. This excludes special order.

Underserved and Rural areas

Underserved and Rural areas may take additional time to receive our shipments.? Furthermore, such location might incur additional costs compared to a common area.


Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address defined by the customer is incorrect, cannot be found by the carrier or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

The address of the customer is defined in the Purchase Order Confirmation.


Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the shipment of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange or return, unless we have received a notification in due time for lack of conformity of the Goods, which agreed in the claim term in sales contract.

To be eligible for a return, your Goods must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be informed that you must take any necessary step to preserve the Goods as is reasonable in the circumstances.

To make a return, you must contact us and present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
